Our shipping rates are set at a fixed price per order, we ship our items using the Royal Mail and Parcelforce.  We ship worldwide and we also ship to BFPO postcodes, please see below for the prices:

Europe B - £4.49

USA and Canada - £5.49

Europe A covers: Belgium, France, Ireland, Channel Islands, Luxembourg, Holland, Denmark, Germany.

 

Europe B covers: Sweden, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Georgia, Belarus, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal, Russia, Malta, Moldova, Ukraine.

 

Items will only be dispatched when payment has been receivd in full.  Please note that items paid for by cheque will not be posted until the cheque has cleared (please allow 3-5 days from receipt to clear).

 

We hope that you are satified with your purchase, but if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your product in it's original condition within 7 days of receipt.  A full refund (less postage) will be issued as long as the item arrives back in 'as new' condition.  We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost during transit, we therefore recommend that you use either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery where items can be traced.

 

If your product has been damaged, please return it to us and we will offer an exchange or a full refund.

 

When returning any products please include your name, address, order number and purchase date or a copy of your invoice.
